Happening is a primary three-way split - intelligence, observations, and science. It is as definitive and descriptive as verbal languages from around the world predate the sign and scripted languages. We acknowledge everything by occurrence, as naming and defining the impression and experience is key for communication and language. A key focus on it as what’s new in event know-how as vocab and meta-base. Freedom to right of information applies here, yet the human defect is not thinking about it.
