Public Q&A is a mash-up of the universal literature base, opinions, and anything on the stride. Query in public is acknowledgement — control and exposure is the commoners' demand. At its own index and scope of identicals, its scale to multiplex identities, it cannot be institutionalized. "Uncovered Senses" is its mind. It's not language yet, nor freedom of information at fault, nor a vision defect — identity replication at play, by nature because human defect is not speaking about it.
